Non profit in Bend that established one of the first paddle trails in Oregon.
Description
Will discuss the Bend Metro Park and Rec Colorado Dam Improvement Project which is one of the projects on the upcoming bond measure 9-86 on the November ballot. The project would allow safe passage thru the Colorado Spillway, improve fish habitat and open the door for private funding for a whitewater park. I will educate on the details of the project and discuss what a whitewater park is.
