As a volunteer-run free event held twice a year, we rely on the generosity of individuals, companies and other organizations to make Ignite Bend possible. Ignite Bend is a non-commercial, creative event that happens twice a year at the Tower Theatre. Ignite brings a twist to the same old lecture format that you’re used to. It’s cool. It’s fun. We can’t wait to see you at a future Ignite!

Ignite Bend is a force for raising the collective IQ and building connections in Bend and the surrounding communities. Ignite is about celebrating Bend’s growing arts and culture scene, and helps to attract and retain creative minds with it’s inclusive appeal. 

Who attends Ignite Bend?

Ignite Bend attendees are primarily age 25-45, college educated and enjoy a broad variety of activities such as reading, cycling and movies. They are hungry for knowledge and interaction—key components of Ignite Bend.

What topics are presented at Ignite Bend?

We seek talks that will inspire and teach, not recruit or pitch products, and presenters are asked to keep their talks to “PG- 13” appropriate topics. Presenters range in age from 12 to 80!

Why should my organization sponsor Ignite Bend?

100% of sponsor dollars go toward venue rent, insurance, refreshments, and general operating costs of the event.

Ignite Bend is a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization, and your cash donations are tax-deductible as the law allows.

What about “in kind” donations – like services or raffle prizes?

• Ember – $250 cash donation
• Spark – $100 cash donation
• Partner – Goods or services valued at $500 or greater
• Supporter – all other donations (door prizes etc.)

How do I sponsor? 

• Complete the Sponsor Commitment Form.
• Attach a check (made out to “Ignite Bend”) or a statement indicating the value of goods/services donated.

After your donation is received, the sponsorship coordinator will contact you if we require a large, high-resolution version of your logo for display on our website and at the event.

Yes! Click on the “Donate” button on the right. If your donation is $100 or more please send a completed Sponsorship Commitment Form to us so that we can make sure that you are acknowledged at the correct sponsorship level.
