Sponsor an Ignite at Ignite Bend

We are looking for sponsors for Ignite Bend! Ignite Bend is a free community event organized by a bunch of Bend locals. Most of us are somehow affiliated with one (or many) organizations, and enjoy creating fun and educational events for the local community. 100% of sponsor dollars go toward venue, refreshments, and other costs of putting on the events.

What are your sponsorship packages? What do I get for my sponsorship?

Spark – $100
• Logo and a link to your website on IgniteBend.com
• Text listing in Ignite Bend Program
• Logo display (on a shared slide) in sponsor slideshow shown before, during and after event
• 2 advance tickets to Ignite Bend

Ember – $250
• Logo and a link to your website on IgniteBend.com
• Listing with logo in the Ignite Bend Program
• Logo display in sponsor slideshow shown before, during and after event
• 4 advance tickets to Ignite Bend

Flame – $500
• Logo and a link to your website with premium placement on IgniteBend.com
• Listing with color logo in the Ignite Bend Program
• Logo display in sponsor slideshow shown before, during and after event.
• Display collateral and/or banner at Ignite Bend event.
• 4 tickets with preferred seating to Ignite Bend.

What about “in kind” donations – like services or raffle prizes?

Sometimes we do these if it’s a good fit. Drop us a line and let us know what you have in mind.

Can sponsors give away promotional items or product samples during the event?

In most cases, yes. We’ll have a table set up to display sponsors’ printed materials. Feel free to give away branded t-shirts, cups and other schwag during the event.

How do I sponsor?

Please contact Jen Floyd and let her know that you would like to be involved. She’ll send you a sponsorship package, take care of details, and answer questions you might have.

Can I donate online?

Yes! Click on the “Donate” button below. If your donation is $100 or more please contact Jen Floyd so that she can send you a sponsorship package and make sure that you are acknowledged at the correct sponsorship level.
